We forgive and forgive and forgive our guys..yet our friend or family does one little thing and we don't forgive them or talk to them forever. I guess because in a way its kinda expected sometimes from you bf/gf to do some f*cked up ****...But when your family or friends do something 'it's like HOW COULD YOU?!? u know?

Just thinking cause I havent talked to my best friend in a week and I have no intention to and when I think of all the things this guy Im into has done to piss me off and yet having a difficult time writing him off

NC is difficult, but you can do it! Come to LS when you feel weak. Or call another friend. If you can't stand it, then have a plan before initiating or accepting contact. Write out a communications plan if you must and keep it in front of you to help you control your emotions and communicate effectively.
