I want to flirt with him to get him interested in me. I asked him over text, "Do you have the flu?" and he said "Think so". How can I reply in a cute and flirtatious way?

See how he responds to that and gauge his interest. You could offer to bring him soup if you're daring I guess That could backfire though, he might see you coming on a bit strong. Haha pre... We are mature experienced women, we know what gives us positive results. Me personally never had any complaints. And from my experience a man never lets the flu get in his way..... 1
