Tarot777 Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Doing ok, lots of ups and downs, music helps! ( radio, listening to people talk too, and you can't only play sad songs ) Realizing how confused and unhappy I was in the relationship. I feel horrible but I think that it's more my ego than anything, more ego and less love. So I guess it's for the best. Though a childish part of me hopes he comes back begging so I win, then the other half of me hopes he doesn't because that's mean and he's probably hurting more than I am, even though he refused to take me back. The show must go on
dontexpect Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Yes, the show must go on! Keep strong!! What else do you do to take your mind off this break up?
Author Tarot777 Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 Yes, the show must go on! Keep strong!! What else do you do to take your mind off this break up? Well I think about the break up all day, I just had to shift my perspective. 1. There are literally millions of men in the world, the odds are stacked in my favour I'll meet find love again 2. He said he's not in love with me anymore, I think he might have said that in anger, but I have to accept his words at face value and avoid being delusional. If he doesn't love me anymore, that changes the game, you can't make someone love you. Plus I'd rather keep my heart open for love in the future then dwell on how he fell out of love with me. I also don't blame him, I wasn't being easy. 3. I've learned so much from this relationship, about my behaviour and what needs to change, so its been a good learning experience, even though it tore me into pieces and I have never been so low. 4. I'm really excited about the future, the great thing about being single is you never know what to expect or who you're going to meet!!! Theres a bit of magic in uncertainty. I'm sad, but I'm looking forward to all that awaits me

And don`t beat yourself up if you have weak moments. Normal for most. It does get easier (So easy to say) Each day at the time and sometimes each hour. Crack on Tarot. 1

I actually cancelled facebook 3 years ago and he doesn't have social media other than FB, so that's not an issue, we also don't share friends, so its a clean slate really. Thanks for the kind words!
