I dont enjoy being hit on by multiple men because the possibility actually the certainty is someone gets hurt......and i am left feeling guilty

 

i would prefer only to be hit on by a guy i truly am interested in so i can say yes ill date you......i dont like rejecting guys...i dont find it exciting..and some fo them turn nasty....saying things like who do you think you are...you should be glad i asked you out...who else would...dont get many offers do you.......which i reply to those types of askers..... yes i do actually but i still say the same thing ...sorry.....i have ahide dont i....thinking im all that.....normally i can break the ice make them feel better ..........sometimes however it doesnt work......no...i do not find multiple guys asking me out fun.....i only want to date one....and normally i have to know them pretty well...........deb

If it's all in jest, I'm fine with it & it makes me feel desirable.

 

If multiple men know they are all hitting on me it makes me feel like a piece of meat, a prize to be fought over & less like a person. I didn't like it at all. It also made me wonder about their relationships with each other; why would you go after somebody your friend likes?

 

Then again if I went bar hopping with friends back in the day & one guy hit on me in one bar & another guy hit on me in a different bar that was a positive.

I liked it, in general. It's good to have choices. After a bad breakup, guys who had been friends came out of the wall at me all at once. None of them were what I needed, but between the four of them, they kept me distracted and my ego propped up during a very painful time, and poked food in me. I will always be grateful to those guys for that.

Imagine, as a man, getting hit on multiple times in a bar? I would be absolutely floored, my ego would be the size of the moon what with all the attention! No one is immune to compliments are they? Women are used to it everyday though.

Most of the men who hit on me (and every other woman) these days aren't really that interested in me (or them) as a person and it is obvious.

 

 

It's like cast net fishing for lots of them to see who will bite, so no... I don't feel bad about being one of the anonymous fish who doesn't bite. Not at all.

 

 

I've had men who hit on me when they knew I was in a relationship or married. If I worked with them or had to do business with them in some way, it was uncomfortable... if only because I couldn't view them as a trustworthy person anymore and I then had to find a way to distance myself from them personally or professionally. That sucks. Yep.

Other times I'm so depressed and down about stuff that their ego boosting ways help me through the darkness and make me feel much better about myself.

And there gentleman, is the true nature of women and how they behave. It's no wonder men behave the way they do. So when things are not going well for you in a relationship, instead of sorting it out you have 'one foot out the door', so to speak and enjoy the flirting attentions from other men. Should one of them be high quality enough there's no doubt that the thought of jumping ship crosses your mind.

Last time it was multiple men and who I was aware of (sometimes men hit on you and you never even realise they were doing it) was 8 men within 2 hours at a salsa class I had gone to a with a friend who was a regular.

All of them were a lot older than me and I ended up feeling very cornered.

 

 

I never went back a second time as they might have seen it as me being interested.
