skinniguy Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Would you date a guy who you were physically stronger than or could beat up in a fight if you wanted to? Does a guy HAVE to be the stronger/tougher half of the relationship or is that sexist? I'm short for a guy, 5'5, small framed, small bones, skinny and not very strong. I have tried lifting and working out but unless I eat 24/7, I basically just get better developed abs. I actually don't have a huge problem meeting or dating women, it's just eventually my body size or lack thereof becomes an issue. So, if you're an average woman. You aren't a bodybuilder or superwoman and you can't fight like Ronda Rousey but if you compare yourself to a computer geek or a skinny emo guy, you probably figure that you are stronger and could kick his butt, right? Forget dating a computer geek or an emo, just picture the body type... Would you date a guy like that or would you need a guy to be stronger and able to protect you?

I don't think any self-respecting guy would feel great about being weaker than his girl. If you ever need to defend her honor and you're a scrawny wimp, it's a joke really.. haha. 1
