beach Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 About what? Can you make small strides each day (something is better than nothing) in respect for your daily goals?
camillalev Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Stop talking about it and just do it. The first step, actually doing the thing, is usually the hardest. If it's a big project, break it down to small steps and take it one small step at a time. Also, what is REALLY keeping you from doing it, emotionally or psychologically. Fear, insecurity, failure, being too self critical? Sometimes continuously putting something off is due to laziness but it's usually something else bigger we are avoiding. But yeah, if you want to do something just do it. There's no other way it'd goig to get done.
mario_C Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 I'm having the same problem. I'm trying this technique, and I hope I can make it work. I also really like this <- a PUA who's not a misogynistic idiot, as well. Good luck, let's do this! Whatever this may be...
CrystalShine2011 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 What is it? Make a list, and look at it every day. Goals!
Author EgoJoe Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 I have all the skills, talent, knowledge and position to move forward to where I want to be. Things are going great but there are some days where I'm at work alone and I'm reading the news or watching stand up because I'm mentally exhausted yet right now my work is all micro mental transactions and more tedious than complicated. In another month I'll be advanced to the next stage of this career path I've chosen and this procrastination has to go. I need to get up earlier, do more in the day and be happy about it. I'm not sure why I'm feeling this fog. I think any time I put anything off it starts this avalanche of procrastination.
