The first year anniversary of my grandmother's death is approaching.

 

She died in my arms.

 

I'm in a public library, so I can't cry.

 

But, I feel like a little toddler that wants to run and cry and cry.

 

Just had to write about how I'm feeling.

 

Hopefully, it will pass soon.

The anniversaries sometime feel almost as hard as the original loss.

 

Take care of yourself. Let yourself feel what you feel. Try to remember the happiest memories of your grandmother.

So sorry to hear...that is very difficult. I know people say time heals but we know differently.
