Paid event on Friday but no response in the last two days

I've been dating a woman for over a month now and while not super serious, we did start getting intimate after the 3rd date. Last week I told her about this event I'm attending and asked if she wanted to be my +1. She seemed pretty excited about it and agreed to it. Last two days though, nothing. And right now, she's sitting on two unreplied texts. I guess some wouldn't see this as abnormal to some but previously we'd been texting mutliple times daily.

 

Now if this was just a normal thing, I wouldn't care too much but it's tickets I paid for (We've been doing the 'I pay, you pay' system) with a time constraint. I feel like I need to reach out to her but don't want to seem clingy or overly attached because 3 texts seem a bit much? It's also her midterms week.

 

I mean, does this seem like it's even worth pursing? Or should I start looking for someone else to bring.

It would be tough to find someone in that short notice I think given it being a holiday weekend in the USA and Saturday being VDay. I practically need a response now. The thing I'm mulling is just inviting someone else now for her spot and not even bothering to send her a 3rd text and/or a call. Not sure if that just makes me bitter and worse than her though.

Call her then. If you get a voicemail, just tell her that you haven't heard from her in a while and weren't sure if she was still coming -- tell her you need to know ASAP otherwise a friend wants to go with you.
