He calls me beautiful/pretty/cute almost everyday but not sexy or hot? Once in a blue moon, he would say I'm hot. Maybe I'm over-reacting but I would also like to know if my boyfriend is physically attracted to me. I would send him pictures of me (not nudes) but he would always said I'm cute/pretty. He would never tell me I'm sexy. When I ask him what do he like about me physically, he can't give me an answer. Often making me feel insecure about myself . I don't feel attractive. Is he just shy or not attracted? :/ p.s he's a Virgin & very reserved especially on sexual stuff...

Some girls don't like to be called sexy or hot, and he probably thinks you're one of those girls so he tones it down by calling you beautiful, pretty, and cute. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't... He isn't making you feel insecure. You're feeling insecure because you have low self esteem. That is your issue, not his fault. He says you're beautiful and cute and pretty. That is the same as sexy and hot in guy speak, just a more polite way of saying it. You need to work on your self-esteem and take his compliments as such, rather than constantly looking for holes. 1
