I know your feelings are deeply involved but please know it doesn't get better the longer you stay with him. If you don't want to end it in person you can send him an email or just go 'no contact', block him and move on. Either way be prepared for him to try and contact you and if he does I hope you have deleted your email account and blocked his #. Take different routes to go home and change your routine in order to avoid him. Do what is necessary to start the process of healing. He's never leaving his wife and you are a single woman wasting precious time on a man that will never be yours. Go NC and block....believe me it may be tough at first but you'll thank yourself later.
