OK_computer Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 In class..she's been staring at me, I caught her ATLEAST 10 times, i'm not even exaggerating. I have been in NC for over a year. I can't help but be near her as we only have a few revision classes this week and it's all in the same room. I caught her 10 times, on 3 days each time. She stares, and when i turn my head she just looks away. I've been talking to this new girl who I sorta like whose in her proximity. But even when I'm just standing alone, she'll just keep looking. What does it mean? I guess nothing as she hasn't approached me. But any clues as to what she might by thinking?
Chi townD Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 What does it mean? I guess nothing as she hasn't approached me. But any clues as to what she might by thinking? DING! DING! This! If she had the balls enough to break up with you, then she has the balls enough to approach you and talk to you. Don't read into it. If you are truly in NC then she's probably wondering about your life. None of her business anymore. 1
mightycpa Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 There's only one way to know... you have to break your NC to find out. Maybe she's fooled herself into thinking she misses you. Don't fall for it.
lauri Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Typical. She's just upset you aren't giving her attention and are acting like she doesn't exist. The minute you try to get back into her life or talk to her she will disappear or magically try to get you back for "burning her" and moving on. How dare you move on and live a good life?! You're supposed to be miserable without her . 1

It can get quite uncomfortable when someone is staring at you like a creep, either give them a weird look or tell your friends so when she looks everyone can turn around and look at her at the same time.. that should stop her! 1

You're supposed to be miserable without her . lauri..it's been over a YEAR! I see her everyday...and it's as if the fight was yesterday. Ive on a blue moon thought of making up...but i KNOW the sec I do...its back to square for the 15th time. I've had enough? Hasn't she? The other day she bumped into so hard, that too right after I said literally one word to her bff who asked ME a question. I just don't understand one thing. If you don't love me, you don't care, and you told me to never come back, then WHY do you care now? a year later? I'm not even happy! I just live my life a day at a time and I do my best to put you in the past. I don't understand this 'attention' thing going on. They don't want ya, they just want your attention, and then they won and you lose and ur a goner lol.
stillafool Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Stop looking at her and you won't know she's looking at you. I know it can be hard because you can feel when someone is staring at you but don't direct your eyes at her. Start chatting up the other girl and befriending her. Your ex is playing games to see if you still want her. Show her you don't.
Emilia Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Same thing happened to me, we work together and he stares. It would never go anywhere, no mistake. But he stares. It's a mindf**k, I've learned to ignore it. 1

It's a mindf**k, I've learned to ignore it. Couldn't agree more. It throws me off my game, the one I worked so hard to stay on top of. Not to mention that it makes things real awkward in compact spaces, and I'm SURE she's looking at me, no mistake. I guess I have to learn to ignore it too..Gonna start going to the gym again...I'll be hard to miss too! 1
Emilia Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Gonna start going to the gym again...I'll be hard to miss too! Don't make the mistake of doing things to impress her!!! You will get sucked back in all over again and will have to start from fresh! Take it from someone who knows. 1
