If the rebound/gigs is their housemate will it strengthen their r/s more

Just curious, do you think being housemates with a rebound or gigs partner help strengthen their relationship or are they more likely to have conflicts sooner?

Uhm its hard to say what will happen, if the person who is in this type of relationship never healed and took a break. They are just throwing it under the rug, until the rug no longer covers it all. Living with each-other does strengthening the relationship a bit, but you can still have conflict and regret at any time.

 

Im a dumpee and judging if the person really cared for the person that dumped them, and are in the rebound. They might realize they are not happy where they are and might want to try again. But thats my opinion so idk.

 

But be prepared cause a rebound can last a week or a life time, and that is long time to wait ha.

My ex rebounded with her housemate 2 weeks after our breakup. I honestly have no idea what the status of their relationship is now since it's been 4 months since the BU but I've seen them together on campus so I assume they're still together. I think it's dumb to date a housemate because if anything goes south you're stuck living with them but I can't speak to it strengthening or weakening a relationship.
