I met this guy a couple weeks ago. He was all excited about seeing me and taking me out, but we couldn't coordinate our schedules. I happened to be in his area, out with friends last week, so I called him to come meet up with us. We chatted for awhile and ended up making out at the end of the night. Just kissing, no sex.

He called me the next day and then I didn't hear from him for a week until last night. The dude calls me at 1:00 in the morning. I was sleeping so I didn't answer. I called him back today and broke his balls, said "why are you calling me at 1:00 AM. Were you drunk and felt like making out again?" Of course he answers yes. I just laughed at him. I also told him that if he wants to see me, he has to take me out, not call me in the wee hours of the morning.

F*cking idiot. Seriously, can guys not put forth a little more effort if they like a girl? I told him I'm looking for more than calls in the middle of the night to make out, but not from him. He already blew it. I'm so aggravated with the dating scene. Thought I'd share....

I feel you on that one. Same thing happened to me...I met a friend's buddy, we made out for a while. I saw them again the next weekend - but I wasn't interested in making out again. He was just acting pissy....as if I did it once..and therefore am obligated every time thereafter!

I guess guys figure, if once, why not every time?

It's ****t*...but at least you set him straight!

I can understand that there are a lot of people that like to do that, and there's nothing wrong with it. It just bugs me that it seems to be expected these days, and I feel like the days of dating awhile before hopping into bed are gone.

This guy called me back again a little while ago, so we could discuss this further. It seems as though he's intrigued now, I'm a challenge to him, and now he wants to take me out. I find the whole dynamics of dating hysterical, and very frustrating.
