Did my professor make an inappropriate joke about me?

Our class went hiking and my pinky finger got stung by a plant. Our guide told me it was harmless, and my professor (who's young and really attractive and whom I have a quiet crush on) asked me if I was ok.

 

My classmates heard it and joked to my professor that I needed CPR, a kiss, etc etc. They (he and them) were right beside me but I didn't look at them out of embarrassment, and then I heard him chuckle and joke that he'd suck my finger.

 

I thought that was a wee bit weird but I might be over-thinking it, thoughts?

when we are crushing on someone secretly then every little thing they say or do can hurt us or embarrass us. he was joking back and it's likely harmless, but because you like him it's coming across very differently to your ears.
