I think it's highly selfish. If you end something with someone, you should leave them alone.

I agree! In the past my ex was the worst about it. This time she hasn't said a word..hopefully it stays that way. Because I will not be responding to anything!

That must really help, not having the annoying breadcrumbs being thrown at you - having to analyse every little word to the letter? Has it helped you to move on quicker?

It has to a point. She would show up places she knew I was going to be,so that kinda broke contact..besides those couple incidents, it has helped.

 

I'll add though...I was one foot out the door myself anyways.
