ryan01 Posted March 31, 2005 Posted March 31, 2005 Im confussed my girl friend of a 10 month has to decided to stop having sex with until we get married, which is in 2-3 years. I know are relationship is not based on this but i do miss the affection that we shared. It is to the point now she won't even come over because she feels that we might go against god and have sex. Help in some advice because I see my self getting mad, but im sorry i feel like once you do it than the sin has been done.
RoxStar Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 If she is doing this for her own ethical reasons you have no choice but to accept it. There are other ways of showing affection with out having intercourse. I dont think there is much you can do in this circumstance. Are you already engaged to be married?
tanbark813 Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 Don't get mad about it, just pull away yourself. Or find someone who won't withhold affection from you.
Bubbles Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 Why don't you find out what the church has to say about this? I grew up Penticostal and in my house sex is a SIN. But I often wondered what happens in a situation where the couple come to church and become "born again Christians" to which we adhere to the 10 Commandments. I wonder.......what happens in a situation as such? The couple are having a relationship which involves sex but they are NOT married - become Christians - and we all know that the Bible teaches us that sex before marriage is a sin so.........what does the couple do? bubbles
