Jackson37 Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 So about a week ago I was feeling really down and you know how when you're feeling like that its almost an addiction to make yourself feel worse and I went on Facebook. I have her blocked so I went to her friend's Facebook, clicked on the profile picture and saw my ex..... I thought i was about to sink deeper into a depression but for some reason I was able to look at her through a different perspective almost. It was weird haha almost like I finally realized she was not the perfect being I had created her to be in my mind. I have been feeling really good since this day in terms of moving on. I waited a week to see if it was temporary. Still feeling the happiness and indifference so far! Did not expect this result. Just wanted to share. I don't really advise anyone to check in general. It has been a year since we broke up, and 3 months full NC, so maybe that has something to do with it. Hope everyone is doing well 3

You would just want to see another pic, then another pic, then her whole FB page, etc. Keep up the NC until you feel that strength of indifference. That way, you can handle jus about anything thrown at you! 1
