Ok, this may sound stupid but i was wondering what are some good chest workouts that make you perk up a little....i mean i have nice boobs now but i just dont want them to get a lil droopy and i'm working everything else out i just wanna know a good excercise for you chest that is mild because i dont wanna loose my boobs but just kinda keep em nice like they are! i have this big thing about keeping my body nice and maintaining myself so it wont be hard to do when i get older....i wanna look good when i get older....not jus tsome other old woman! lol

i would suggest pushups if you're home. and benchpresses if you hit the gym.

yea i got to thinking about it and i go to the gym like 5 days a week but i do just like cardio stuff.......

 

last night i did some push ups and like an incline fly with dumbells since i am a girl and dont wanna get too buff that its nasty....

 

next time i hit the gym i'll try some bench pressing, i did that when i was in highschool and was taking weightlifting but since i'm in college i really dont do that anymore but i think it's about time to start back!

 

i usually work on my legs and arms and abs and they're really toned just dont wanna let the chest excercises slide by for when i get older, haha

Chest exercises that build mass rather than tone will "pump up" your breasts a little.

 

But the best thing you can do for them is make sure you:

 

- keep your weight down

- always wear supportive and comfortable (not oversqueezing) bras in the daytime

- take the bra off at night (gives lymph a chance to circulate) and don't sleep on the breasts.

 

Do these 3 and you won't overstretch the elastic stuff that keeps them up and perky. This is the real key to keeping breasts in good shape.

 

Not that I'm obsessed with breasts. Not overly :o My ex was an underwear model... now *she* was obsessed.

 

 

PS Whatever you do, they will sag eventually. It's a question of delaying, not stopping.
