I'm nervous now that I overthought it

Basically i been talking a bit with this girl in my English class this past week. The conversation was very lighthearted, semi-flirty, and fun, until the weekend came.

 

I began thinking about what I should do next; basically I was ruminating on the idea of us being together and how I would progress the relationship; I've over complicated things and psyched myself out with thinking too much. I've screwed myself over because today in class I was a nervous wreck and I could hardly be myself. How can I reverse this? Is this a case of "One-itis"?:( Plleeeeasee help!
