I think the problem is I miss other things. I miss being able to sleep in, or staying at home and doing what ever I wanted. Funny thing is over a month ago I hated being home.

 

Do more, not less! Exercise before work, play sport after work, whatever you can fit in! Hurts like hell for a bit - you'll want your bed but stick with it and you'll feel better than ever! I never wake up after 7 any more and I feel super for it!!

Happy people are the ones who have a purpose to their day they set their goals and go out and grab them. Even if its something stupid like getting the hoovering done.

 

6:30am start for me! Normally awake and up/ about by 5:30- 6am... Already had conversations with friends who are abroad, seen to the animals and been at work for an hour...!

 

Quit the power naps. They are draining you and are not the same as a Sunday afternoon snooze for an hour.

 

Get up get some exercise and get on with your day.

 

Drink some water when you get tired and crack on with something.
