Not really interested in relationships, but don't know how to have a fling

I'm 28, virgin, female. I have a career I love but I never manage to stay put for very long. I work for the government and make almost $70,000 a year, so I'm in a very fortunate position. The only man I let pilfer money from me is my dad and that's only so that my parents can pay their mortgage.

 

I have never gone out with any man I found attractive (I wasn't attracted them when I agreed to go out with them, but I thought I might give the thing a chance, which was stupid of me). I was once attracted to a friend of mine, and it turns out he was attracted to me, but I totally failed to notice and he is now married to someone else.

 

I love how my life is free and unencumbered. My apartment is so modestly furnished, I only spend 5 minutes a day cleaning it. I pretty much eat rice and beans every day because I hate cooking. I don't want to lose my freedom by giving it away to a man and being miserable and in debt like my parents.

 

Sometimes I just feel like having sex with someone, but I have no experience and no idea how to do this. I live in a small town. How do I accomplish this?

I feel like for a small town, that's sometimes the best way to meet someone and form anything is through work?
