Everyday i get up I think about you.what I should or shouldn't have said. Things I've done or shouldn't have done. Otherwise I just think about you. I miss you every day but all I can do is sit here and think.......I posted this here in order to keep from breaking no contact.hope that's ok. 2

RedButton Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 I did the same thing, I wrote 'letters' to my ex and just emailed them to myself. Each time I would find myself thinking about her a lot I would edit and re-write it, or read over it and put down my thoughts. I felt like it helped get my thoughts sorted out. I still feel like I would like to write a letter someday as a bit of closure for myself (it's been over two months). If I did it would just be "thanks for the great times we had" kind of thing.
