Okay, she's got so many issues, she's a living train-wreck. Besides that, she is not seriously interested in you romantically, and probably never will be. She's just using you for attention, you are just a warm body to her, there is no love.

 

Only date level-headed, sane women who like you a lot and you'll never have a problem.

We all should be living in the NOW! The past is the past. She might have dated this guy but you didn't know her then. So she's with you. Ex BF in Jail so what! You got to focus are you two. She not use to a guy to treat her right like you are doing. This happens!. It's not a bad thing to be treated right and just be you. Make her happy. Has your happy with her.

 

Sure it's a complicated relationship but if you really love this girl and she loves you just as much then try to over look her PAST! Your in NOW with her and your having fun time with her.

 

Just see how things develops..

OP I dated a girl like this in the past too, and we turned out to just be too different people.

 

You're not going to be the guy that is able to rescue her and live happily ever after. It just doesn't work that way.

 

It sounds like she is still a bit hung up in her past too, so she probably isn't ready to turn a new leaf. She shouldn't be in such constant contact with her ex.

 

You mentioned she slept over - are you having sex with her?

what would you tell a friend in this situation? Be a friend to yourself.

Listen it's not up to you and me it's up to the OP if he's happy with the way things are this girl. She can change and enjoy him as he is. Bad BF or Good BF. Still open you just don't know what could happen. I say get it a chance! You just shouldn't pre-judge her because she was with a BAD BF with history and now behind bars.
