hasekninh Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Before we became couple, my gf think am werid. So I asked her, if she think am werid, her replied "yes", but she said it something we can work on and something that can be change. I asked her what make me werid, she never answered me. I never had a gf called me werid, is this a bad sign? Or something I need to worry.
toscaroscura Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Hey, I personally like weird. If she doesn't seem to have any issues with it, and seems happy, don't make a big deal about it. For all you know, she was just teasing or even complimenting you!

gaius Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 I don't think I've ever had a girlfriend that didn't think I was weird and it always works fine.
regine_phalange Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Someone called me peculiar once but I guess it was a compliment because he tried to kiss me afterwards. Your girlfriend, however, seems to act like your mum. If I were you Id be annoyed because I hate being patronized. 1
PegNosePete Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 It's not a bad sign to be called weird, in fact I would take it as a compliment and say "thank you". However saying that it is "something we can work on" and be changed, is definitely a major red flag. She sees you more as a project or fixer upper than her perfect guy. Andy_K Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 An ex of mine said she was positive I was 'at least a little bit autistic', does that count?
Elias33 Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 She thinks you're weird? No problem. Oh, she wants to change you? Big problem. Cut and dry.
