You have to develop a rapport with her right away. Personally, I establish myself very early on in the dating process. I don't care what their background is, what they do for a living ... if by the second, I haven't gotten physical then if they are wearing something sexy like jeans that is hugging their ass, I give them a positive comment on it like it is no big deal and huge smile on my face like Chester the cat. From there, it is on. I keep pushing.
