I need to stop. My main food source is sugar. Junk food galore. Any ideas how to eat better but not complicated. Healthy but convienient as junk!

I occasionally eat chocolate, but rarely. I don't have a sweet tooth and I have replaced the sugar in my coffee with aspartam.

 

I have no idea how to help you... Maybe try eaing fruit? or the sweets made for the diabetics - they don't have any sugar, are quite expensive (at least in France are), so this alone should make you buy less ;) !

addicted to sugar aye? well give this a wirl. over one day count how many meals/snacks you have that are crap food, then over the next few days decrease this number by one replacing the meals/snacks with healthy ones like fruit, sandwiches,nuts, low sugar yogurts etc (health foods). So that theorectically, providing you have any will power at all :D, you'll get off this addiction in a week or two.

 

Yes i've done the same thing, it is possible so no complaining.

the main thing is to not buy it or have it easiky accessable.

 

pretend it tastes horrible, psych yourself out of eating sugary things.

 

eat fruit instead, grapes are kinda like candies!
