Let's be objective here. Why do you think she made it conditional? Because she was setting him up to FAIL. If he accepts and follows her parameters, he fails. If he declines, he fails. Either way, he was never going to win that conditional test. It was precise. And I bet you it's NOT the first time she has done that, except that I am guessing that every other time, every guy has said YES because they thought they could talk her down from it once they were in the apartment.

 

Sycamore actually took the best route of the two by DECLINING.

 

Had he taken her back home and he posted that all they did was kiss and after that night she was cold and withdrawn, all the ladies would be singing the tune of "You didn't make a move. It was the first date. You weren't man enough."

Let's review some facts here:

 

Push-pull woman who finds red flags about age, but still goes out with the guy. Says she is willing to go back to his apartment, conditional only on kissing. Drama queen willing to send pictures of legs to a guy she only met and made out with for a few hours.

He said no to taking her home on the first date, he clearly isn't obsessed with sex.
