mixed signals are the worst!

So,

 

I have been out with this girl once, been talking for about a month. Things seemed to be going well after going out. We agreed that we would go out again, but every time after something has come up and I've gotten rain checked (twice in 2 weeks). Legit excuses both times and I was the one trying to reschedule. So last week I decide to cool off a little bit, but I still can't decide what to do.

 

To frame the situation a little bit, we work for the same company. I work in upper management, she works in one of our departments as staff. Our jobs don't usually mix but we do run into each other often.

 

so even after the rain checks, we still have long conversations when we bump into each other. Sometimes I've noticed we will stop talking and then she'll be like "what else?" as if she wants to continue the conversation.

Then last week when I tried to avoid her, she found me and kind of got a little flustered and started chatting with me, saying she missed me at so and so meeting.

 

so my dilemma is that I don't know what to do. I kind of pushed it to go out again at the beginning (damn A type personality and need to plan), so I don't really want to push it more. I do like her a lot, but should I just wait for her to make a move? should I remake a move? or should I just move on?

 

any insight would be helpful
