Is it my job to send him naked pictures everytime he asks for them?

Hey guys,

 

I have been in a long-distance relationship with my guy for umm over 3 years now. Things are going pretty well, we see each other around 4x a year (we're in different states) and it's pretty healthy and normal.

 

I know he doesn't cheat on me, and I think that's partially because I make sure to send him naked pics (and he sends me videos and pics too). It's something we do on occasion just to spice things up and make sure we're still interested etc..

 

But, I used to send him pics when I was able to

 

ie) I was having a good hair-day, I had WAXED, I didn't feel fat that day.

 

But, recently, I just am so overloaded with school and work that I haven't had time to go to the estitician (meaning, I didn't really shave) and I just feel ugly when I look in the mirror (from all the junkfood and bumming around studying). And, my bf has been asking for these pics like CRAZY for the past 2 weeks and I just don't feel like it.

 

Now, he's saying things like I"m selfish and can't even do the simplest things for him? I tried to explain that I can't do it anymore because I felt ugly and didn't shave. But, he doesn't care and he's annoying the hell out of me. And, at this rate, if I don't send him the pics I think he'll just get mad to the point where we break up.

 

What the hell? Question to the guys out there: if you already have 200 naked pics, why in the WORLD do you need another 100? Also, why don't you understand when we say we feel ugly and are not comfortable taking naked pics for a while? What is the BIG DEAL???

Like he said, he doesn't care. Girls tend to be more (self-)conscious of their looks than the guys they're with.

 

Now, granted, he probably shouldn't be getting mad about the whole thing, but you know that if he didn't ask for the pics at all you'd be posting on here saying "Why doesn't my bf want to see me naked anymore?!". :D

 

I say look at the bright side: You have a guy who hasn't tired of seeing you naked after 3 years.

Anyway, Tanbank thanks for the reply. It's true, I am pretty flattered as I don't think I'm even that *hot*. I guess I shouldn't get mad at him for being attracted to me. I was about to tell him off tonight just because I felt like I was being forced to do something I don't have the time to do / don't want to bother doing anymore. But, it's true that it's a compliment.

 

I think I'll just tell him my camera's broken or something. It's not his fault he's programmed to think about sex 1000 times a day (poor guys I fell sorry for for you all)

You have DVD's right? Do you watch the same ones over and over? Chances are you have some that you've seen several times, and still enjoy them, but you still want new and different movies right? Same thing. New porn is exciting. :D

Stacy, I think about sex 1,000 a day and I know I am normal. I am in a LDR so no sex for me for weeks. I don't remember having a day in my life when I didn't think of sex. Actually I am horny most of the time because I am not getting any. And nothing except the real thing makes me feel good. All the replacements are crap, if you ask me.

 

Men can't understand when we feel unattractive. Either take pics while you feel fat or lose a few lbs. For god sake, shave your legs, is that so difficult? If you're lazy about the small things, how would you act if more effort was required to make him happy? I am sure he's done things to make you happy too.

Only if he's paying you well and giving you an excellent benefits package. Come ON. By the time you're old to even consent to giving someone nude pics of yourself, you should be old enough to be able to decide on your own whether or not you want to. Don't ever let anyone coerce you into doing something you don't want to do.

I was unclear. I meant receiving new porn never gets old. Current porn can become stale. :cool:

I dunno, I guess that's a benefit of a LDR. It's low maintenance. I can dress bummy and not have to do myself up everyday. But, it does get you lazy :p

 

And, I do get the analogy of new porn vs. old porn. I watch porn when I get the chance, and it does get boring sometimes. But, the girl on girl stuff just doesn't do it for me. Girl= competition for sex and NOT sex itself ;) ;)

 

Heck, I even enjoy seeing a new video after my bf makes one for me. But, it was only a few weeks ago that I sent him some new material.

 

And, speaking of porn. My bf watches sooo much porn, it's unbelievable. But, he seems to watch a lot less when I send him pictures. He even told me he made a powerpoint slideshow of my pictures. So, that should be a motivaction for me to take more. I'll have to
