VSgirl Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Hi all. I had a couple online dating questions for you guys. First, is it common for an online dating site like plenty of fish for example, to show you as still online for a few minutes after logging out? Second question..is it a good sign when a guy you are talking to is out of state visiting family for the holidays but still logging on, messaging you first, and giving you updates of his family time?
Haerts Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 1. Yes, it is. That happens on Facebook too and other medias. You don't usually stay online too long though, at most a minute. Maybe on a slow website it would take longer. 2. And yes, it is. It shows he's interested on keeping in touch with you. He's sharing what's going on in his life because he wants to stay close to you, which is a good sign. If he's contacting, responding, keeping you updated about his stuff, then it means he's into you.
greenman77 Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 I guess it varies from site to site. On okcupid once you log out, it will still show you online for an hour after logging out.
