CadeYeager Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 So a co-worker and I flirt quite a bit at work. She has a boyfriend, but I still persist because I would like a chance with with. (In a relationship that is...) Well she still continues to flirt too, so ehh why not. Well... She said she still liked being with her boyfriend, and I wasn't going to wait around for things to change. So I backed off big time. A week or two later, she gets all clingy to me saying I don't like her anymore and this and this. I simply treat her as a normal co-worker now. Just a "Hello, how are you?" Then I go about my work. I just don't flirt with her anymore. Am I missing something here?

Even if she did, in six months' time, she'd be with you but be flirting with some other guy relentlessly like she is you.
