Obsessing about my ex with someone else - and I work with her - so does he

My relationship with a woman I was seeing ended two weeks ago.

 

This guy who she talked about from work about how nice he was started visiting her at the office the next day, and the day after. And daily last week as well.

 

How do I get past this? I keep thinking about this dude getting intimate with her. And what makes it worse is he knew her while we were dating, and she told me how nice he was, and I now have to see him moving in on her? How do I get past this?

 

Her and I have actually talked and I asked her straight up how can she still say she loves me unconditionally yet being seeing someone else so soon? She said initially it was because she was upset and hurt and he was nice. Initially? So what does that mean, things changed already? She told me he asked her out while we were together and she told him she was seeing someone and he apologized. I then asked so how did he know you were single so soon to come visit you the next day? She said she ran into him and yeah...

 

This is a nightmare.
