I would not say yes to a date just to be nice. I might chat with someone or be friendly to be "nice", but wouldn't go on a date with someone I wasn't into.

Some girls do. However when that is the case there is always hesitation & her smile doesn't reach her eyes. She doesn't check that she has your contact info.
