I am so exhausted, I need to sleep, but I do not want to because I cannot stop that slow wake up to reality, and then I am booted in the stomach by no longer being in a relationship with my ex

PS I am not suicidal - just scared of those moments I cannot control, and the pain every morning

This is very normal the first few weeks after a break up. It doesn't last though. Just weather the storm and it'll pass before you know it.

As the person above said, it's normal to feel that way directly after a BU. How long have you been BU now?

Been there mate. Will be tough for a while but I promise it will get better over time.

Take care.

Ohh man I'm on the beginning of that, it's just my second night after bu.

Just try to stay strong and do it for your own good.

Its hard in the mornings for me too.....just pass the first couple of hours trying to think of other things and ull feel better thruought the day.

If she or he did something wrong to u, just remember the things that happened, and rememeber u are worth what u say u are worth, and if u werent worth what happened or what she did, think about that and u will feel better.
