Say no and don't talk to them any more.

They are no "friend".

You walk away. She is not your friend. Not only that, you should not be giving gifts to any woman friend (nor should she be accepting gifts from men) who has a boyfriend, regardless of whether she is giving you hope. She is a manipulator and is likely manipulating her so called boyfriend.

I'd like to add, the the use of "woman" to describe her, is very generous.

Kick her to the f'in curb bro. Never ever lend money to anyone if you expect something back, like appreciation.

You were just another sucker in her game of manipulation.

That woman kept confusing me that time and after I got to know a few more women. Then I realized something was not right.Because she consistently ignored me and then text me.

Well you learned a valuble lesson then. Turn it around next time....it's not what you can do for them, but what they are willing to do for you.
