For the last 5 months Ive been trying to pick up a really hot girl. Shes 19, and Im 21. She has a lot of sexual experience already, but I am a virgin. She finally wanted to havr sex with me about a week ago. So shes lying there on my bed, horny, after I fingered her. And what happenes:

It lasted about an hour, I was hard all the time, and then I failed. I couldnt get hard, and actually ejaculated in the wc without being hard. It never happened to me.

The situation repeated three times, she gives me another chance tomorrow, but shes already pissed off, Im even more pissed, dont know whats going on...

Well, I just dont know where to write about it. Earlier on Ive been masturbating almost everyday and everything was perfectly normal.

I have time till tomorrow morning, so...I dont know.

I dont know even what to ask for : D What to do about it?

Sounds to me like all the anguish over the chase has got you worried and distracted. Lay off the masturbation for a while, let things progress more smoothly and simply.

Go easy on yourself. You are getting sexual experience. You are not going to be a stud right away. The first many times you won't last more than a couple of minutes until you learn to control your ejaculation. When you are finding yourself close to climax, slow down a bit and think of something nonsexual quickly. Once you have cooled down start up again. After a while, you will naturally start lasting long enough to please her. If you don't, be willing to go down on her and show some effort.

It's important to keep in mind that in the immediate stages after losing your virginity, you just won't be experienced enough to last long. It's normal. Some women will be more understanding and patient than others.
