love2ride Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 You know I just watched "The Secret" it really inspired me to change my thinking. Why not watch "the secret" and apply those things to your daily life. I'm gonna stop the hurt and think positive. I'm gonna visualize and think of what I want instead of being depressed. Hell you could even apply "The Secret" to getting back your ex. But why give the universe limits to one person. Ask for your soul mate. Believe it will happen, visualize it. I actually feel really good. Everyone go watch "The secret" and start using it!!
me85 Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 I haven't heard of that movie. Is it even a movie??
CT98 Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 love2ride, there's a good book called Ask and It Is Given which would interest you, it follows the same principal of the Secret but gives you a more in depth look at how changing your thoughts can help you. Also there's a web forum called Powerful Intentions which you may like...Google it. 1
Author love2ride Posted December 3, 2014 Author Posted December 3, 2014 Thanks i'll check it out. I had a good day today, stayed positive and my ex even sent a breadcrumb lol! Keeping up the positive vibes. It works. "The Secret" is a book and a movie.
Always Pondering Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 When I was incredibly young (middle/high school), I was a really depressed and isolated individual. I always wore dark colors, kept my head down, never talked to anyone, barely EVER smiled and when I was alone--which was most of the time--I would feel empty and sad. I didn't feel life in me, I had no dreams for anything, I was just about the most pessimistic person I knew. One day, I stumbled upon the book 'The Secret' and it was as if the blinds in front of my eyes were lifted that very day. Things got better, I saw the light in people, I just felt life. Today, I'm an entirely different person in every way you can imagine. I'm very grateful for that book because it pushed me to change my life since. I haven't actively 'used' those affirmations/what-not in a couple of years but I've gotten results from staying positive, etc. I'm sure there are people who believe it's a gimmick and there are some who truly believe it. Regardless, the general principles (both in life and the book) of optimism, ambitions, etc. are things you can't really deny. I haven't seen the movie myself but I'm glad your mood has improved since watching the movie though! 1
Author love2ride Posted December 3, 2014 Author Posted December 3, 2014 I'm watching it again. This might sound crazy but I know my ex will come back and i'll have another chance. It will be up to me then to decide if I still want that relationship or if i've grown I don't want it. I'm practising all the techniques in "the secret". I've done a complete 360. I'm no longer sad, I know longer even miss her because I feel as though she is already with me. I feel exile rated. And the law of attraction works with everything. I deserve and believe its possible.
