Not sure if this should go in the spiritual meditation subforum instead, but I'm trying to figure out how I can include mindfulness, and being in the moment with my workouts.

 

Not only would I have better results and push myself harder, but it is immensely gratifying as an escape from the busy work life and obligations I have.

 

Are there any routines that you've found work for you? Sometimes I've found myself not paying attention by blocking out too much (mushin), and not focusing the concentration on the muscles that are being activated (and thus possibly hurting myself in the process).
