pippen_2k Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 Its been like 9 weeks since my girlfriend left me, and it has been very very difficult for me. The main reason we broke up was through mis communication and mis understanding as we didnt talk about the serious issues enough. She left me via text message and we have had no verbal contact since then. Only some letters and IM's as she has messanger. On wedensday we had a long converstaion through messanger and she was telling me everything in regards to why she left, and it was mainly becuause she thought I never wanted her and she thought I didnt find her attractive. She got this mind set and ran with it.. I have told her many times now that is far from the truth! She also told me that she misses me very much and thinks about me all the time. She ended the conversation with ' Is it ok if i give u a call sometime'? .. I was like damn! thats big inroads.. cause we havevt talked in 9 weeks! Anyway I went out on friday night.. got very drunk.. and made a fool of myself when I got home.. I texted her like 6 times sayin Im in love with her, and that im going to bed thinking about her.. She resonded to alot of them saying im a sweetie and that she is thinking about me too. The mistake I made was trying to call her on the phone. I must have tried 5 times ( pathetic move ) and she answered none of them.. She musnt be ready to talk yet? So thats the situation im in now.. its now sunday morning and she hasnt replied to me yet..I must have pissed her off I think.. just when I thought I was making introads I go and do something like this! I was doing NC for a while but when she told me that she misses me, thinks about me and wants to call me sometime I have my hopes up again and this is really hurting me! Im not sure what to do anymore.. I cant initiate anymore contact..Im gonna have to play joe cool for a while and wait n see if she contacts me.. Any insight into this would be apprciated. Cause I really want her back!

She got this mind set and ran with it." did you ever tell her you found her attractive w/o her asking you? i once dated a guy who always told me i had a sexy, great ,etc body , but never said i was pretty , called me sexy ,but again never pretty ,cute beautiful so on so i had that impression from him, when i finally spoke to him about this yeah i think your pretty , by that time it was too late damage had been done , so i can understand where her insecurity is coming from, i would just take it slow , don't rush her, text her ,but don't text her too many times in one day, be there as she needs you, good luck i hope it works out for you!!
