bears11 Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Hello, So my one year anniversary with the GF is coming up in February, just a few days before Valentines day. I've been brainstorming as to what I should get her to cover both of the occasions. Would a necklace be too much, or should I go with a smaller gift? Another idea that I had in mind, was to get a nice electronic picture frame and upload all of our pictures on it. If it makes it any easier I am 27 and she is 23.
d0nnivain Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 It is a generous gift but I bet there are tons of women who would be thrilled, especially because their guys don't think about things like dating anniversaries. There will be an equal number who will be upset with a gift of jewelry. The issue becomes what would your lady like & not be uncomfortable with. Let's get through Christmas 1st before we move on to Valentine's Day.

Els Posted January 4, 2015 Posted January 4, 2015 Both of your ideas sound fine to me. But really it depends on what SHE likes and doesn't like. Do you think she likes jewelry? After being together for a year you should have SOME idea. Although IMO a safer gift would be what my guy does for V-Day: flowers and dinner. Hard to go wrong with that.
