Well, like it or not, bald has always been a definite dealbreaker for me. I can't be attracted to a bald guy. I like LONG hair to begin with and not even short hair. So bald is out of the question. I used to pray one of my exes would go bald so I'd stop being attracted to him, but so far none of them has. When very young a guy was living with me whose long hair was already thinning and I knew it was only a matter of time and couldn't get the image out of my head.

 

All I can say to those who think it's unreasonable is would you go out with a bald woman?

 

Tip to OP: Go hang out in the music district. More hair there no matter where you live and it's not all long, but all lengths.

 

one of my x girlfriends had thin hair and wore a wig to cover it. i did not know until she showed me. i did not break up with her or any thing like that.

Not every woman likes hair, long or short. Admittedly most like some hair, just like most of us guys like women who have hair! You work with what you have.

 

 

My GF believe it or not, was looking for a bald guy with a goatee. She likes that look. It was what was on her dating profile for god sake! Well, I have the goatee, but I do have hair. Guess what, she's still going out with me.

 

 

There are some good looks out there for guys who are losing/have lost their hair. You can make up for a lot of that by dressing well, and maybe growing out your facial hair. Try the website...Sly Bald Guys

single guys do not have very many options and girls seem very particular about what they want. i have a feeling that more girls do not like bald guys and a bald guy is left trying to find the few girls who do not have a problem with bald guys which is not very many who are single also she used a picture of an actor who is very good looking with every thing else to make up for his balding. i do not have much to make up for my bald head

Yeah cause not like that doesn't already happen on LS on a reg basis..lmao :laugh: If men can be as picky as they like and judgmental then so can women..its called preference some times its done respectfully some times not there in is the real issue..

I'm not, it just deals me a hard blow when I see other women saying they like guys with hair, even if they are being honest. Is it so bad if I want to change it? Yeah it might be genetics but I plan to get a good job after I graduate and will hopefully be able to save money for good hair transplants.

 

And before anyone says it yeah, I realize a lot of this is also a confidence issue, something else I need to work on.

That is what you should learn to be if you want to attract women.

Maybe it's the attitude and the way you carry yourself that needs work. I've had more than my share of problems in my life, but I've NEVER thought...well I don't have much else to to make up for...whatever it was that was bothering me. Not once, ever.

 

 

Dude, you have plenty to offer, find the inner you and offer it.

that will only work if they are attracted or at least a little bit attracted to the guy. they will not even talk to him if not

i really do appreciate what you are saying but i have put myself out there enough to know the real thing. i meet girls online because in my area they do not respond to guys who approach them. i have been set up on blind dates and i have been rejected or given the lets be friends talk by girls who are not exactly movie stars or models. i know where i stand and what girls want to date me. i am not upset about it and i accept it.

i have been given this confidence speech before and it will only take me so far. i have talk with 2 different girls on okcupid who were very nice and every thing was going good until they saw my picture. then they stopped talking to me. i know what it is really like i was not born yesterday.

Believe me I've been told this plenty of times. It's something I've been working on because confidence has been a problem of mine pretty much my entire life. On the plus side I'm tall, in shape, and have good facial hair so hopefully if I do go the shaved head route it will look decent on me. I guess only time will tell.

Would you flat out reject a guy with a shaved head? I'm just curious, looking for women's input.

Some women would, some women wouldn't. Just as some men would reject a woman because her hair is short and some men would not.

The guy I'm dating is bald. I think he shaves it but I'm not sure .( don't care. ) He is my first and damn, he's sexy. Whoever mentioned the confidence , yes this is key.

 

Long hair (which can be gorgeous on a man ) for whatever reason doesn't attract me . However ? I never say never.

 

Work on your confidence and embrace what you have Chris. Lots of women love bald men .

This just shows that it is all in the eye of the beholder. I don't think I could find a man with a wig or extensions sexually attractive. It isn't about how it looks, but how I feel about a man who would do that.

I live in a pretty decent sized city but for some reason the single men in my area seem to be the dreaded short fat and balding men that we try to avoid.

 

I rarely see a man of good height shape and hair and the few I do see get scooped up extremely quickly.

 

I guess I'm just venting but id like to meet some good looking single men once in awhile lol

If you're a manly man and don't go shaving off all of god's gift to your manly body, she'll have plenty of confidence all over your body to run her hands through.
