Sorry I know it's so damn juvenile sounding especially for my age but this would be the first time I've thought about attempting a friendship to relationship push. We haven't known each other that long, 4 months max but hang out/text a pretty good deal. In a weird sense, most of the stuff we do really has this dating atmosphere about it since it's usually just the two of us; movies, conventions, road trips, lunch/dinners. We are also a bit touchy feely since I 'jokingly' like holding her hand and rubbing her arm during things like movies which gets positive response from her. Kinda weird now that I actually think of it. Another weird thing is that neither of us have ever talked about relationships/love lives, I honestly don't even know if she's actually single. I got out of a 3 year one early this year and while I've been dating quite a bit since, haven't found that one I'd want to be in a relationship with. We're friends on FB where she's pretty active and she never talks about any type of SO so I've always assumed she actually is single. I'm not an expert on stuff like this obviously. I read little about relationship advice and such but know people are always making a big deal about friendzone and crap like that and don't want to tread incorrectly. Thanks.

Usually guys that are in the friendzone, dont even flirt with the girl that they are attracted to. They just hover around them, and lend a shoulder to cry on. You seem like you actually have a flirtatious relationship with this woman. Ramp it up, and see how she responds to you. Never verbalize your feelings, or ask her about hers. If she wants to open up to you, thats fine. After the fliration, is ramped up, if its reciprocated, go in for that kiss
