I have a great relationship with my bf. But for years now he has lived with room mates that all have serious gfs. We have been dating a little under a year.

 

2 of his room mates recently became single, and I am sure will be living the partying drinking and girls single life.

 

Do guys tend to see this happen and want to join in on the "fun" and be single too, or do guys tend to persuade their friends with gfs to dump them aside and be a free agent? Just wanted some insight as this sudden change make me nervous!

If your boyfriend loves you, and is serious about you, his friends' relationship status won't sway him. If it does, then good riddance.
