Lets say, the guy dumped the girl, because he wasn't feeling her anymore after more than a year of seeing her, then she knew that he was going to a club this weekend and that she plans on bringing a "date" just for him to see her with a new guy. What are the chances of the dumper getting jealous?

He will probably be a little jealous but not enough to want to get back together. Men are very territorial, but it doesn't mean he will want to rectify the relationship.
