Before he confessed I told him I only can date in university and now I'm only 13. He only said "I like you" and I know it's in the love way and not the friend kind of like. I really like him and I'm confused why he hasn't ask me out yet. He is 13 too and we are in the same class but in class we don't talk or anything, we just talks at night. Sometime he sends sweet messages like U r pretty and I will miss you or I can do that for you. I'm really confused please help.
