I know this is in a lot of movies, TV shows, books, etc. But does it really happen in real life? Ya know that moment in a scene where a guy see's a girl he likes, walks up to her, and then walk off together, getting to know one another, then they end up together and live happily ever after?

Does that really happen in real life? Has that ever happened to you or do you know of it happening to someone? Or is it just fantasy?

I know that sort of thing has never happened to me.

Highly doubtful.

I did have a meet-cute in Target, though. A guy approached me in the shoe aisle of all places and we practically had a date in Target (we ended up sitting in the patio furniture section). Anyway, it turned out he just wanted to get into my pants and as soon as I put up too much of a fight, he stopped calling.

So lol, no, I don't think it happens like in the movies.

hahahaha.

And the guy is really feminine, and she hates him, but then he writes a huge love letter about how he loves her, and she is the one for him.

- Then she takes him back.

Then he lets the jerks look bad at school, and the geeky kids win

:lmao: its all fiction

I wouldn't base life on films..

I had a time where I saw someone, liked him, he was dating but from then on for 3 months I kept bumping into him and he was always friendly.

Then he was there in a random venue one night after he had left the girl he was dating.

We were together 14 years.

Belive it or not, there are some women that WOULD like it no other way (like in the films) and suprisingly, some are over 40.

i think it's mostly fictionalized. the closest i have come was when a guy and i met on my first day of work. he came over to me, gave a compliment on my looks, and said we'd be together forever. i laughed and didn't believe that nonsense. we started dating a week later and made it 3 years. so not a happily ever after, but i definitely think you can fall in "love" at first sight.
