She's always flirting with me and being playful so I'm thinking she likes me right? So I'm ready to ask her out then she starts to go out with someone else!! Did i get the signals wrong or what because i'm like totally crushing! I can't stop thinking about her! Maybe its better to be friends then nothing at all but I'm stuck like chuck! Help Me!

Sometimes, it is just that someone expresses and voices their interest sooner than you. Maybe that other guy calls her more often, invites her more places, and has gotten to know her more quickly than you and build confidence faster than you to ask her out. Maybe she was interested in you and still is, but someone just beat you to it.
