This is all so screwed up.

What concerns me the most is your bad decisions, op, and your inability to realize this guy is just not interested.

Ypu slept with him, what do you expect from now on? And you drunk texted him. You have no self respect, how do you want someone else to respect you?

Just forget about this one, stop drinking and texting, and try to behave please.

When a guy doesn't respond or call you back it's because they don't want to....give it up.

BTW him responding to you is either A, a bread crumb, or B he's showing the message to his buddies and having a chuckle with about it.

Right, first of all, I'd appreciate if you all stop talking to me like I'm some stupid little kid running around too drunk to make her decisions properly. Yes I texted him, big deal, he won't even have known I was drunk, all I did was resend the first message, which he then responded to the next day when I'm no longer even drunk anyway (not that he knows I was) so it is very possible he just did't even get it the first time, I was merely asking if I should respond to it I didn't want all your stuck up moral judging.

None of you actually know me at all and those of you who are passing judgement like you think you're better than everyone else doesn't really make you look that great either. I'm very appreciative to those of you have tried to at least put it nicely, or help in some way, but those of you (such as the above) who are basically just telling me to stop being stupid - it isn't really necessary. I think some of the responses given on this forum are kind of hideous really. People come on here for help, adding extra abuse to how 'stupid' and 'slutty' and 'naive' and childish and 'pathetic' they are is not helping in any way, especially when they're clearly already at a very low point, unless you're trying to add to the numbers of people jumping off bridges. If you don't have anything helpful to say, LAY OFF.

Besides me sleeping with him is my business, I wasn't asking for your judgement on my actions, I was merely asking for judgement on a text, there's no need to go around acting like I'm some criminal for making a drunk mistake. It's not like none of you have ever made mistakes in your life. And why someone is doing these things isn't really your place to judge anyway. Does it really matter that much if you think I'm a stupid slut, no, because you don't know me. I'm asking for advice, not for criticisms. And if you have none to give, that's fine, just don't post. Don't have a go at someone for something that you actually don't really know anything about at all.

Doesn't matter how much you wish this to be different or how it should be different because you are not that kind of girl, it still doesn't change the fact he isn't interested in dating you. It's been a week now....has he gone out of his way to call you? no, has he texted you like he was before that night? no, has he offered to see you again? no. So what is it going to take?

I agree entirely, I already said that. It's done. I'm just a bit annoyed about how people keep criticising me for it even though it's already been established that it's over. I get that he's not interested like that, although he clearly is still interested in maintaining contact for other reasons or he wouldn't have messaged me again.

Bread crumbs is not showing interest. At this point he is prob doing it to amuse himself.

You in total denial. How sad.

I gave you clear advice yet you decided to take it as an offense. Do whatever you want. I honestly dont think you'll be more than a booty call for him. Good luck.

Ignore her advice.

I do hope my comments didn't give you the same impression. If they did, my apologies.:bunny:

My guess is there is not one female here who hasn't, at some time or another, been in your shoes. I do not believe you are stupid. My estimated guess is leaning towards inaccurate judgment.

A woman's brain chemistry undergoes changes prior, during, and after sex. And well, sometimes it clouds our judgment...

So, if possible, try to focus on yours rather than his.
