No its not death..it is said that when you hallucinate it is a sigh of death but thats different to seeing something paranormal in my opinion anyways..And yes ive had those kind of things happen and ive seen things..I also believe there is a level of consciousness just outside of the normal spectrum me and you can see and this is were the spirits who don't get reincarnated right away go. And some times that vail is lifted just enough for both worlds to touch if even for only a second..
