Normally I'm not nervous like this over a first date. Any idea why this date has me so nervous/anxious? It has been a couple of months since I had a date. Could that be it?

Have a few open ended Qs in mind that you can ask if the conversation stalls. Ask about things like pet? favorite foods? Any upcoming movies the person wants to see (also plants seeds for next possible date). Go, be charming & have fun. 2

I am also watching a new DVD I got in the mail yesterday. 2
